Hello guys, I'd like to know, if my motherboard can handle GTX 1070/if will 1070 bottleneck. If it can't handle it/1070 will bottleneck, what are you recommendation of others GPUs?

8GB DDR3
GTX 760 1.5GB
PSU 460W (going to upgrade this one surely)
