Why is this taking so much CPU usage?

Solution
May be we are not really understand you.
You can do nothing about Service Host - it's windows system services. it should calm down at some point (for example after it is done with checking/installing updates, scanning for malware etc.)
The idle process is showing you how much of the system resources are unused at the moment. If you look at the total usgae, you will see that it equals 100-System Idle.
And yes, we are kinda slightly trolling :)

Why wouldn't it be good to have a high CPU usage?
Unless you haven't launched anything and a process you don't know anything about is eating all your ressources, then you got a problem.
But otherwise, high CPU, low CPU, it's just... normal use of a computer.
Your post shows that your computer is sitting idling at 94% Nothing is happening. So it's good, if you're not doing anything.

Maybe I don't get what you're asking...
