I recently got a new processor everything was fine, it was a 8 core amd fx black edition processor. I checked the cores and it only had two so I look up a video fix it. All the cores were showing up in the device manger, so I went to msconfig and went to boot then advanced setting and turned off number of cores and It said to restart so I did and my pc will now not boot up an error keeps coming up it said it could try to restore to a state where it can boot it up I clicked shows the windows 10 logo for a few min then poped up with the same restore screen again my pc hasn't booted up since
