How to Change this?

Whenever I restart or turn on my computer a whole bunch of stuff like skype, discord, Spotify, etc open up and I have to close them out, is there a way I can make it so they don't pop up eveytime I turn on my computer?

Yes. Right-click the taskbar, choose 'Task Manager', click the 'start-up' tab, and disable the programs that you don't want to run on start-up.

Or to make it a bit easier, you can do the same in something liek CCleaner.
