Very loud Microphone noise when playing games

After I installed my new GTX 970 (yesterday) my friends started to complain about a very loud static noise and random noises when I start playing games in fullscreen (this is happening only on skype).
My headset: Steelseries Siberia 200

I dont think GPU has anything to do with audio. Maybe check for any cables that you misplaced/

lack of system spec. power draw problems from low watt psu? no idea no system specs.

check your windows recording properties settings, maybe background noise cancellation became deselected. maybe your new gtx 970 causes heat problems as well to the onboard audio.

It happens only when I play games and only with skype...
