good enough cooler?

EVERCOOL EC-HPS-810CP is the only low profile cooler still in stock at my store nearby and my parents only allowed me to visit that store and they don't trust online store such as newegg. I need to know if this is a decent cooler and will alst more than 3-4 months (until my store re stock)
Is it quiet enough? will it keep the cpu cool?

I would not trust that with anything more than an i3.

What you need to do is explain to them how online stores are SAFER than physical ones when it comes to their credit cards, especially amazon and newegg, there's plenty of information on the web about card skimmers you can use. If they still don't listen, have them buy you an amazon or newegg gift card at a physical store, and then they can't complain and you can get a decent cooler (hyper 212 evo is only $30, and pretty much the default for any build)
