pci express 1x to 16x affects performance? Well, i bought Fx 6300 black edition and Gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2pt but it didn't detected both of my Graphics card (Zotac GTX 650 1gb DDR5 and XFX Radeon HD 5450). I tried both graphics card on my friend's pc and it's working fine. So i think My PCI-E x16 is dead so, there's any option to repair it? Or should I get pci express 1x to 16x adapter and will it affect the performance.

Solution
Then try doing a bios update and make sure to reset all settings to default. If it still doesn't work, there's some other problem with that board and I wouldn't suggest spending more money on it.

In most cases and with those cards, it won't affect performance as the cards are not powerful enough to require more bandwidth. However, I highly doubt that the issue is just the PCI-E x16 slot. Getting the adapter might work, but I don't think it's worth it for cards that weak. How are you sure that the cards work?

It was working fine on my old am3 board (Gigabyte Ga-m68mt-s2) and when i put that graphics card on this new board it's not detecting it. I tried both of these graphics card on my friend's pc and it's working fine and smooth but not on being detected on mine.
