Hey, I would like to know which is one is better, because there's a promo when you buy an ASUS Z170-P you'll get the DOOM game for free. So, my question is: Is the extra 30$ for the Z170-P worth it? and is it better than the B150M MORTAR?
Go ahead and buy the Z170 motherboard.
Even if you do not plan now on using an overclockable "K" processor, you are in a position to do so in the future.

Thanks for replying, without the OC is it better than the Mortar for gaming for ex.?
Mostly the same, your gaming is determined by the cpu and the graphics card.
One benefit of Z170 is that it has more pcie lanes so you could use dual graphics cards (which I do not recommend)
Here is a chart of the differences. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_1151

I don't wanna use dual gpu's. But if i'd go with the mortar, I had to choose the i5-6500 because there was no point to buy the I5-6600K because i can't OC, right? But if i buy the Z170 i've to go with the 6600K but i would spend almost more 100$ :\ .
What would you do?
What cpu did you have in mind?
For a mid range gamer, I suggest the i3-6100 which will usually game better.
Check benchmarks for YOUR games.
The B150 would be fine for that.
I only suggest the z170 motherboard if you have any reason to think you might want the top cpu i5-6600k in the future.

Get the Z170 and I5 6500 now the wait and get a unlocked kaby lake or cannon lake i5 down the road.
So the Z170 is better than the Mortar?
Here's a board that takes the best of both worlds if a smaller motherboard is what you desire, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130877&ignorebbr=1
The MSI Z170 Mortar. That way you get the B150's compact size, and the Z170's chipset for unlocked processors down the road when you decide to pick up a unlocked CPU.
Perhaps this board would suit you then? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130900&ignorebbr=1
I don't always hear the best about MSI's quality control, but the reviews so far seem mostly positive on this one, and the past MSI boards i have used have been fine for me. *Edit* Ha, i just noticed this motherboard is also award winning from Tom's Hardware too. I didn't even notice that at first.

What do you think of the Asus Z170-P D3? The only problem is that only works with DDR3 :\
If you were to choose that board, you would need to use DDR3L. A lower voltage version of DDR3. If you used regular DDR3, you will risk burning out the Skylake CPU's ram voltage controller, killing the CPU.

Is that bad that i choose the b150m mortar?
Just don't expect any overclocking in the future. But, no it isn't necessarily a bad choice. I was seeing if perhaps there would be a better choice with in your budget that would of been more future proof for you. If the Mortar seems like a good option and is affordable, go with that one.
