AMD discontinued driver support for that card years ago, so there is no Windows 10 driver. The newest OS you're likely to get driver support for is Windows 7. I don't know why you bought such an old card, it's more than 10 years old now.

There is an option to install the driver from windows 7.
For this, you download drivers from the amd website to your x1900 xt graphics card.
After unpacking, go to the folder and in the Setup.exe properties enable compatibility with windows 7. You may need to run as administrator, but this is not accurate.

Для этого скачиваете драйвера с сайта amd к вашей видеокарте x1900 xt.
