Hi,

So recently purchased a GTX 1080 Gigabyte G1 which states on the box that is RGB enabled, however RGB not being a big deal i was wondering that the program which is used for this GPU does not recognize my GPU instead asks me to click on a device, but does not show any devices? I've installed all correct drivers and made sure all the connectors are in. However with the device working fine it's still not allowing me to use the Gigabyte Xtreme program as well as the OC Guru that is listed as usable for their devices unsure as to what could be wrong, can this be a Motherboard issue? Specs listed below, any help would be great thank you

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Z97-P
CPU: Intel i5-4690K 3.50 (OC 4.2)
GPU: GTX 1080 Gigabyte G1
PSU: Corsair VS650
Windows 10

Is your card working correctly? Have you tried any game? Does it appear on the Nvidia control panel or your device manager? Are you sure you have the latest versions of those programs? Have you downloaded them from the Gigabyte site or did you just install the DVD/CD versions that came with your card. You need the latest versions because your card is a new model. Also check the Gigabyte site to see if there is a new BIOS version for your card. New card sometimes have bugs that get corrected with new BIOS versions.

EDIT: Also just in case, make sure that you have updated your motherboard to its latest BIOS version.
