so i am building a new pc and i would like you opinion on the components. i want it to cost a maximum of 1000 euros. these are the specs:

Intel core i5 6600k 3.5ghz
Cooler Master Hyper T4
Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P ATX
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB ddr4-2133
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Asus GeForce GTX 960 4GB
Corsair SPEC-ALPHA ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair VS 650W

Pick from tiers 1 or 2, 3 if budget is a major concern.

Don't get the GTX 960, the R9 380 and 380X are much better and usually the same price(the 960 was never a price/performance leader for it's price range). Also, AMD is about to release the RX 470 which will likely outperform all 3 of those, cost less or about the same and use less electricity. The 470 is expected August 4th.

You could add an R9 380 but I see they're more expensive in Europe right now but you could take the SSD off to get below budget. Personally I'd wait for the RX 470.
