I am building a new " Gaming " Pc and i have a few questions about this build :
CPU : Intel core i5 6400

Ram : 8gb DDr4

Mobo : i don't know if i should get the b150 or just stick with the h110 is there a really big difference ?

Graphic Card : also i don't know if i should get either the Gtx 960 or the Gtx 1060

Case and Power Supply : i am planning to get a case with a 500W power supply but i am not sure if a 500W is enough so could you settle this up for me ?

Last Question : in a 3 year's time will i have to upgrade this build or it will do fine ?

Ps i am on a 700$ budget but the monitor and the OS are excluded

Solution
If you can, get i5 6500.
Ram is good.
B150 motherboards have more USB 3.0, will have M2 slot. Get B150 if you need these.
GTX 1060 is way better than GTX 960. GTX 1060 is even better than 970.

Any good 500w power supply will work. Choose from seasonic brand, EVGA B2/G2/P2/T2/GS series, XFX TS series, Actec HCG-M series, Corsair CXM, RMx series.

In 3 years most probably CPU will still be ok. You will need to upgrade your gpu.

M.2 slot is a slot where you can put an ssd. It does not require any extra wire, just plug the M2 drive in and done. It is also faster than sata.
