Ok so, when I'm gaming, I get around 60 degrees MAX gaming.
I record in 1080p60fps using Vegas, and it literally scares me when it hits 80 degrees
I use an intel stock cooler, could that be why? I'm buying an NH-L12 soon.
What would you guys recommend ? Pick below and maybe also help me fix my temperature with a stock cooler? xD I really want to render some videos...

CPU Coolers I can buy:
Hyper 212 Evo
Corsair H55
Noctua NH-L12

Thanks!

Solution
212 evo is not the loudest if you keep the fan speed down and since it cools better, you can.

Where are you looking at cpu speed? Because it should be going faster. Task manager is wrong, you need to be looking at cpuz.

Yes, the stock cooler is not very well. and rendering is pretty much similar to a stress test since it puts your CPU on full load for sometime.
these temps are very safe though and you shouldn't worry about it.
If you are going to buy a cooler i would recommend going with the Hyper 212 Evo it should cool better than the H55 and the Noctua NH-L12 though keep in mind its the loudest. :)

What CPU speed should an i7 4790 @ 3.60 GHz be running at? I'll download CPU-Z in a sec.
