I am putting together a computer for myself to do some gaming and streaming. While looking for good deals I found an ASRock-FM2A58+ BTC motherboard with a Athlon X4 860K cpu. I scoured on google but could not find much on this particular ASRock board. The cpu was said to have good overclock potential, is it true? Also does this motherboard do it any good and is overclocking on it even possible?
I can get this combo for a good price considering the price for peformance but I need this setup to last atleast 2-3 years so I would like to get other peoples oprions on is the investment worth it?

The X4-860K has a passmark rating of 5592 when all cores are fully utilized and 1596 single thread.
There is no good cpu upgrade upgrade with that motherboard.
I would not buy one when newer Intel chips perform so much better for games.

The I3-6100, for example has a similar 5500 total rating, but the single thread performance is much better at 2102.
That is most important for games such as strategy, sims and mmo types.

And... any lga1151 motherboard can handle a cpu upgrade to as big as a i7-6700K and even perhaps the future kaby lake i7-7700K.
