I built my own pc a year and a half ago. Lately when I play intensive game (like overwatch or witcher 3) my computer suddenly restarts, no BSOD. Also when I try to run furmark, it restarts after about 1-20 seconds. I have re-installed display drivers. The temps seem normal so I'm at a loss for causes

Solution
You could format your C drive and reinstall everything to rule out software but there would still be a chance its the GPU itself.
