Is my Corsair CX600M good enough for an overclocked R9 280 and i5-4690k?

I'm currently running an i5 4690k @ 4.5 GHz and an R9 280 3GB Windforce @ 1.1 GHz.
My question is if my current PSU is enough? If I bump up the GPU to 1.2 GHz I'm beginning to experience crashes.
I also have 16GB of RAM, one HDD and an SSD.
I was looking at a RM 750x as a replacement.

Solution
The CX series is made with cheap caps, you have the power, but I wouldn't really push it much, the caps go they can take other components with the PSU

same here im facing crashes in new games, not in old ones, and i place my hand on the casquet of the PSU under load and its hot, not 80°, but im pretty sure its over 55° or 60°, should i go for an EVGA 700/750W Supernova ?

then i will safe some money to one EVGA, by the time i get the CX's i had a HD7850 so it worked like a charm ffor that card, but 2 years has pass and since i start pushing my r9 280 i had faced some issues even PC power off

well i pretty like not playing anything for a while getting that EVGA here cost 2 times what it would cost in US, EVGA 750W here is 135$ and 140$ for the modular model, so, 2/3 months will pass till i get the new PSU
