What does it mean when my GPU says it includes a UEFI BIOS?

I would not worry about it.

Older hardware used to use a Legacy based bios, including motherboards.

If the motherboard is Uefi compliant and the graphics card is also.
And you have had no problems running the GTX 750 Ti card with the motherboard then everything is fine.

The only time you may encounter a problem is with a motherboard that only has a legacy bios.
And where you buy a graphics card that only supports Uefi bios on the motherboard.

Then in some cases the card is not detected when placed in the Pci-e graphics card slot of the motherboard.
Uefi is just a more up to date way of the motherboards ability to talk to a Uefi enabled bit of hardware connected to it.
It is faster, and more efficient Nate.
