I have a Dell 17 7778 Laptop with an I7 6500 U processor. Intel's website states I can only support DDR4 at 2133 MHz.

I was looking at the Hyper X HX424S14IBK2/16 because of the low latency, fast SO-DIMM speeds, but if my processor only supports 2133, then there's no point. That being said, I was just looking for a good DDR4 SO-DIMM, low power, low latency, fast speed recommendation for 16GB of Memory for my setup.
