Should I upgrade my graphic card or replace my current computer?

I am not really a tech guy. I only have a brief knowledge of tech and stuff. I mostly use my computer for gaming and I am looking forward to play games such as Rainbow Six which my computer couldnt support. I also have quite a tight budget. My computer is equipped with i5 processor 750, 4GM ram, GT230 1.5GB and also 500 W PSU. So what should I do?

The GT230 is pretty much garbage, even when new. Wait a few more days for the 2 GB RX 460 and you'll be fine for 1080p gaming, until you go higher resolution or 144hz, for $99. The i5 750 is close to a FX 4100 gaming wise and is still relatively decent especially since GPU is more relevant in most games but even a RX 470 would be bottlenecked by your CPU. If you can get more ram cheap or free, 8 is perfect. SSDs are also dirt cheap and there is no reason the 1.5GB isn't just used for storage.

Buy a graphics card first then check if you're getting a decent framerate with that i5 750
just be prepared to spend more (in case your i5 is bottlenecking then its time to build a new pc)
By the way I still have a PC with i5 750 and 650 Ti which is still doing fine.
