what should i pick? i3 6100 or i5 4460?

hi there, i'm gonna build my first gaming pc next month
i have two choices
i3 6100 + MSI B150M Bazooka
i5 4460 + Asus B85M Gamer

My build is focused for AAA gaming, photoshop, & a little video rendering
I know that 4460 is better because it has 4 physical cores, but i3 with DDR4 2133mhz seems interesting, & it's cheaper in my country
& for GPU i'll buy RX480/470 Sapphire Nitro 4gb
What should i pick for the next 3 years+++?

the only likely advantage it will give u over 4460 is to go on for additional 2yrs beyong the point where 4460 becomes obsolete...but when we come to think of it, is it such a grt advantage considering how stuff works with current and previous builds in this context???

Just like what i thought, i3 will give me futureproofing, & i heard that kaby lake socket is 1151, but i'm not that enthusiast about upgrading stuffs, so yeah 4460 should be ok, but damn, the prices for i3 + ddr4 is $40 cheaper in my country
