First time "RMA"-ing anything. I was just checking on the status of my RMA to Intel (CPU) online since I haven't been able to access internet for the last 5 days and noticed the case is closed within 8 minutes of it being opened (on the 26th). Is that normal? They were sending a new CPU. I know I should be asking intel CS this, but it's 1:30 AM and it's just got me a tad off guard and mildly worried!
