Get the Samsung SSD with Western Digital hdd if you have the money.

Ram's are good. Although I like Corsair Vengeance better for reliability.

PSU go for EVGA P2 or G2.

Your main problem is the motherboard which is slowing down your ram. If you have the money go for a Sabertooth motherboard. Or not go for a Gigabyte Z170.

Not an expert of CPU fan. Heard that the 212 or H7 are good.
