when the monitor's VGA cable is plugged in the graphics card pc doesn't boot up. the fans start for just a second or half and stops, nothing happens then. Sometimes i get a sound like shortcurcuit is happening or something is getting stuck on something and being free again. But, when i plug the VGA cable in the mobo's VGA output everything works just fine. recently i have been receiving a 'gfx card driver stopped working and recovered' message.

pc was working well till last night. I was downloading a game on steam so i left pc turned on for whole night for downloading. but, when i came to check the download at morning i discovered that it's not working.
