Viruses will infect any and all drives.
You will also get a few keyloggers in there, sending all your keystrokes off to whomever.

" downloading music, games ,software from unkown source with lots of viruses"
This is called pirating. Which is not condoned here. At all.

Why would you want to knowingly put malware on your PC?

As already pointed out downloading copyrighted content is illegal and can result in nasty punishments, especially if you are in the USA.

In answer to your question, yes malware can spread from one hard drive to another, not only that it can spread to all machines on your network, your router and any device you plug into the infected machine.
