My Cpu And GPU are overheating(CPU-81 Degrees and GPU-77 degrees)

Hello
While Playing Any Game my CPU Reaches 75-81 Degrees
Is the PSU Causing and Problem???
And GPU also reaches 75 degrees
Please Help

My Specs
Ram:: 8:00GB
PSU 250W
GPU - Gtx 750 OC 2GB (ASUS MODEL)
Processor-- I7-2660K 3.40GHz Sandy Bridge

What kind of cooler is on your CPU? What kind of case do you have and what's in there for fans? Is your CPU overclocked? And finally, a 250W PSU??? Is that a typo?

bro everything is stock and the cpu is not overclocked and the case it very basic of HCL company and I'm about to change my PSU to 450W
