Okay so this week I ordered a budget CPU for some time (FX-6300) with Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 (Rev. 6002) motherboard and attached my graphics card ( Galax GTX 960 2GB OC edition), PSU (Corsair VS550) and Hynix 4 GB DDR-3 1333 Mhz RAM with it. When I pressed the power button after going through user's manual carefully, cross checking each and every connection,the monitor shows no signal with cabinet showing blue light permanently ( with my old CPU Core i3 540,the led used to be red, strange) (My cabinet is Antec ASK4000B U3) .
And yes I have tried resetting bios by removing cmos and by that jumper method as well many times yet still same problem plus changing ram slots thing.
I also bought a new 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz and connected it in hopes it would work but no luck.
Tried using both GPU and Mobo port for display yet again no luck.
I am totally stuck, help guys
And yeah.. that no signal problem started with my old built before as well, that's the reason I bought new one....it has same problem as well, the only thing that seems to be common is PSU which is also new, like 2 months old.
