Does anyone know what PSU this is?

Solution

Lol I found out about that proprietary psu the hard way when I hooked up a CX 500 to one of those old dells, I tried to turn it on smelled something funny only to find out I just cooked the motherboard. And yes I agree, it probably wont be adequate for powering anything else like a decent gpu if thats why the OP is asking this.

Some dell OEM psu's aren't that bad, a lot of my old dell psu's are FSP.

I'm not saying they are fire hazard level PSUs, or that they won't work with the system as it came. I'm simply pointing out that the PSUs the OEMs put in their devices are generally not meant to handle things other than that OEM system. Hell, older Dell PSUs were specially wired so that they were NOT ATX compatible!
