RAM IS 4 X 8GB (32gb) BUT BIOS SHOWS DRAM FREQUENCY 2133

bios profile set as xmp and everything.
My bios btw is the Asus VII HER0
ram is corsair 32gb (4 x 8gb) DDR3 Default frequency is 1066.47Mhz because i have 4 is it not meant to be: 4264 in dram frequency?

You are getting the frequency wrong. 4 cars racing at the same time will not get you 4 times the speed.

Frequency is the same for all RAMs, no matter how many modules installed.

It is fine. 2133 is what it should show.

If your ram is DDR 2133, it should display 2133/2 ~= 1066Mhz. (DDR = Double Data Rate).
So you are fine, it is displaying what it is expected.
