I want to build a gaming PC that i can take on a plane with me, that is small and fits in the luggage department above me. I want to know if i can have a pc that is small and at that budget that can run at 1080p mid- high 60fps can maybe run at 1440p. Again the budget is 500-660 pounds.

This will perform well at that resolution and will even do some 1440p but at lower quality settings. You have option to ditch the SSD and upgrade to i5 CPU if you prefer:
