and i don't really know whether it's the cpu getting hot or my amd card , so this morning i decided to put the front 200 mm front fan on the top maybe that way the case gets a better ventilation (it 's a cosmos II case) and i noticed the usb 3 cable was kinda burnt because it touched that heat radiating part of my amd card , how do i fix this ?

According to the manual you should be able to screw the fans in place after removing the shroud on side panel. Screws should come on from the out side of the panel with the fans on the inside, if the side panel is of normal thickness they should fit.

You really need to keep that fan at front panel having it bring fresh cool air into the case. If this is not enough add fan(s) to the side panel aswell to bring in extra air directly for the gpu. Also removing the gpu and using pressurized air blowing off any dust should help.

Edit. You can have up to 2 120mm fans on the side panel.

Edit2. If the top is open for hot air to get out you might get away with just extra fan on side panel.

in the user manual of my case there's a part illustrating hdd fans on the side , like you say , but i investigated all the screws and non of them would screw in the fans in to the side , all of them , i think that part is a sham , 200 mm fans for the front and cpu cooler paste i have to order from elsewhere cause i live in a really remote part , but when i think of it , the front fan is not really needed cause there's an hdd cage and even if you remove it , the front fan doesn't blow much into the case , i think it's better off on top

Found a picture of the case with the drive cage in front of the 200m fan removed so I guess you could take that off, just need a screwdriver. Put any drives at the bottom part of the case. This should give better airflow to the case.

the hdd cage in front is removable , but even if you remove it there's still a big plate that prevents much air from blowing into the case , the front fan seems to be another fan for the hdd case ! believe it or not , cause right under that fan there's place for another 120 mm fan and there is another hdd case , the case is apparently for server use and not gaming , that's why i'm saying this

Yeah it seems to have a lot of slots for hdds. Lots of space to build custom watercooling on that aswell it would seem from pictures atleast. With 2x120mm fans on the side panel there should be enough airflow into the case though, if you have the fans and can figure out how to install them.
