So i finished upgrading my rig but i'm getting some horibble FPS drops in some games.

My system:

ASUS MAXIMUS VI Extreme.
16 GB HyperX RAM.
i7 4770k at 4.2 GHz.
TX750 PSU Corsair
2x EVGA GTX 1080 SC.
256 SAMSUNG 840 PRO SSD.
Windows 8.1 Enterprise.
2TB Black WD HDD.

so ive been gettiing bad performance all around , for example i've been getting around 100+ FPS all maxed on the witcher 3 and huge drops randomly to around 55 fps , which happens quite often.

Anyone has any idea whats causing it?

Checked cpu and gpu utilization? Tried single card at a time? Different sli bridge (or high bandwidth one)? What are your temperatures?

That PSU is rated right at the minimum for sli 1080s and looks to be several years old (dont think they make that model any more). If so, psu's degrade over time and you might not be delivering enough juice for consistent performance.
