Here is my System Information.
Recently my CPU has been acting up. I used to be able to livestream and record playing games perfectly fine, now I can't even run my streaming software (OBS) without issues. I'm currently trying to emulate a GBA game while watching a YouTube video, which is something I used to do fairly often, and I'm experiencing drastic changes in my CPU Usage history.
Now I can't even watch a simple video without my usage shooting up to 100%. I've run a scan for potential malware and I've tried clearing any dust in and around my PC. I'm not sure what else to try.
