Long story short, went to store, was tired, and failed to realize I had been given an FX 8320 instead of an FX 8350. Question(s):

Can I overclock this to 4ghz on stock cooler safely? If not, what is the cheapest cooler (I'm in Canada) that will give adequate cooling to go to 4ghz?

A 990FX board would be better, but Asus does say all FX up to 9590 are supported for that one. You can try it, just keep the voltage below 1.5V.

Sadly the one that whines a lot, the old one. However, my budget was surprisingly extended to $60 dollars. As such, in going to be getting the cm d92. Best cooler that imho looks nice, and still fits in my case.

Asus 970 Pro Gaming/Aura.
Also the processor came at an unreasonable 1.412 is volts. I think I lost the silicon lottery.
