Good PSU for msi gtx 960 4g

So guys I am thinking in buying a gtx 960 but when I looked up to my PSU, I didn't have an 8-pin cable, to be honest i didn't have cables to use so I need to buy a new one, but I need to buy a PSU that is good to the GPU but not passing 50€, is it possible? I was thinking in a Nox Urano VX 650W Is that good?

i5 4460S Quad-core 2.9 Ghz

A 650W PSU is a bit overkill for a GTX 960, you would probably only need around a 500W or 550W and that is still probably too much. But there are some decent PSU's that will match your needs. Are you trying to match any certain tier of power supply?

Personally, I would go for something like a EVGA 500B (This may be a little over your budget but not too much).

EVGA Are a really good brand of PSU, as well as this being a bronze rated PSU, it should still be good, and it provides more than enough for your setup :)

Thank you a lot im from Portugal, and i Didn't find that PSU, but I take your tip and I bought a XFX XT 500W from Supersonic for 60€ and it's working perfectly :D
