Hey there, Pliskin p.

Would you be so kind as to post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management? Here's how to access it: How to access Disk Management in Windows to manage hard drives.

It's a bit confusing that you'd be able to see the information but can't use it. Do you mean that you can access the drive, but can't start programs (games including)?

It really sounds like this is a drive with installed software which has been taken out of a different computer. If this is the case it's normal for some of the programs not to run.

Basically you could try the drive with a different SATA port and different cables, to see if the issue still persists. Another option would be to test it for errors and bad sectors by downloading...

Basically you could try the drive with a different SATA port and different cables, to see if the issue still persists. Another option would be to test it for errors and bad sectors by downloading its manufacturer's diagnostic tool and running the tests. However if you think that the drive might be faulty and if you need the information that's on it, it would be better to start with the data recovery, before you do any tests and scans.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
