P.S psu is modular, i got hdd already

Well, the PSU must be changed to something of better quality.
H115 is also not necessary, but if you really want something like this, Get Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 - better performance, lower price.
The GTX 1070 is seriously overpriced - 480-490 should be the price.
RAM - would be better to get 2x8GB DDR4 2400MHz kit.

I would buy a higher quality power supply and probably try to get a 2X8GB set of the memory. The memory just so you don't need to add more later and have potential issues getting it to play nice together.
For the power supply depends on what you can buy where you live but a Seasonic, EVGA G2 or GS series, XFX TS or TXR to just name a few good ones 550 Watts would run what you have just fine or 650 would give you more overclocking room.
You could downgrade the Cooler some to the H100 series to save a few bucks.
