Hey everyone! I have this laptop I bought 10-11 months ago and the BIOs keeps saying "S.M.A.R.T Status Bad, Backup, and Replace"
I can't boot it up, and it keeps bringing me to the blue screen with a bunch of options of what to do. I need to know how to replace the hard drive, back it up onto another computer, and have the OS installed on the new hard drive. Thanks!

Since the laptop is relatively new, I'd strongly recommend you get in touch with the reseller's/manufacturer's customer support and ask them for assistance with the replacement of the HDD. Since you need the data off the drive, they will have to give you the green light for opening the laptop and trying to access the contents from another computer. Otherwise, you will void the warranty and you won't be able to get a free RMA and replacement of the HDD.
