Crysis 3 overheating my amd fx cpu

I recently got a new fan for my cpu the arictic alphine 64 gt rev to replace amd stock cooler though good was unreasonably loud and i wanted to test this cpu played a little crysis 3 on ultra for like 3 minutes reset checked my bios cpu was at 64 played a little longer was at 76 and my pc is set to turn off when it is over that i am freaking out my mother baord is Gigabyte AM3+ AMD DDR3 1333 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX Motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3 I do not know what to do please help

Which CPU are you using with the GA-78LMT-USB3 MB.?
Have you done any stress testing for stability.?
What is your PSU. Rating and Wattage.?

I have an amd fx 8350 and yes I do have hwmontior I did some research and this cooler was suggested I just need a cooler that can utilize my cpu play crysis 3 on ultra and be relitivly small does this look good for that? Cryorig M9a Mini Tower Heatsink Cooler for AMD CPUs

The Air Cooler Cryorig M9a is insufficient for your FX-8350 if you intend to OC.
Recommend you look at an AIO Water Cooler H80 or equivalent if it will fit in your case.

I dont want to overclock I just want a fan that can let me play high res games and utilize my cpus potintial to play games on high or ultra and utilize my good cpu at its factory settings without overheating play these games at around 40 degrees or 50 even 60 perhaps I just dont want to ruin my cpu
