help with motherboard change oem os

so someone broke my motherboard going to get a new motherboard soon i know oem operating systems are not transferable this is why i have a new oem to replace the old one but the old oem is still on the hard drive will it be difficult installing the new oem windows 7 on the new motherboard because of that?

If you're replacing the motherboard with an identical one, you shouldn't need to reinstall Windows. If you're using a different model motherboard, you will just install Windows normally. The fact that it has an OS on the HDD already won't matter. Don't forget to install the motherboard drivers after installing the OS.
