I had recently downloaded a software which i have downloaded on a few other computers, from a third party site, however a few hours later my computer crashed and this message pops up whenever i start the computer. Im sending it to my manufacturer, but could this be the cause?

Solution
No, Your motherboard is not recognising the Hard Drive. This is an internal issue within the system, They may wipe your drive so I hope you have backups.
