Will a corsair VS 450 will fit with my old Asus Core2Duo motherboard ?

I have an old Old PC . Recently its PSU died . I m thinking of replaceing it with a corsair VS 450 and also thinking of buying a Corsair Spec-01 cabinet . Motherboard model is Asus Asus p5kpl-am/ps . So will this PSU be fit with my old motherboard ??

The PSU compatibiltiy only depends on the case, not motherboard. All motherboards will support all (modern) PSUs. That case will support your motherboard and PSU, so nothing to worry about
