I really want to try and invest into making computers for a hobby, and this is something that I would find amusing. League of Legends is fairly easy to run and it's very popular; so making and selling computers to do just that wouldn't be so bad of an investment since I would be having fun with it all the while.

So what would be the cheapest set-up that you can think of to max out League of Legends with 1080p resolution?

Total...
This at the moment, $30 rebate on that graphics card from New Egg.
You could sell these PCs for about 600-700 each, i'll list an even more budget version, just to get max value out of mass purchasing if that's what you want to do, just a cheaper case which will still sell.

I really appreciate it, but why not the Cooler Master N200?

You want a quality PC that can run E-Sports titles such as CS:GO as well, which is more CPU bound than league and more demanding. If it was exclusively a league computer, it would be much cheaper, but the audience will be limited, this expands the audience to other titles that a 950 can easily run.

Also I've chosen that case over the N200 because it will sell much better due to it's more 'gamery' design style as a pose to the basic black tower look. It sells, leave it at that, xD
