We recommend going with the Nvidia GTX 750 Ti it is affordable and has good performance without requiring extra power connector.

That is not true.
It depends on how the manufacturer implements the cooling solution.
I had a Sapphire HD 7770 before and it runs fine and quiet.
Best money I have ever spent back then and run most games at medium to high settings at 1080P back in 2013.
I recommend the GTX 750 Ti since it will only draw power from the PCI-Express slot.

I havent used AMD GPU but all my CPU till now are AMD and GPU are NVIDIA. My current specs are AMD 8350 FX 4 core, Nvidia 550ti, 8 GB DDR3.
I been trying pick a decent budget card for games such as Ryse son of rome, AC Unity and Syndicate ( these are really resource hungry games)
With my 550ti cant even get 10 FPS for Ryse and Unity wont start it just crashes. So I have stuck with GTX 960 4GB or 750 TI 2 GB.
any suggestions for AMD GPU?

You have enough budget to get 960 GTX 4 GB DDR5 is RS 20K on Flipkart.

750 ti is basic card for 4g games just like 550 ti was for 3g games.
after watching youtube gameplays for Games as Ryse son of rome and AC Unity and Syndicate 960 GTX really crossed my expectation.
It has same wattage as 750 (400 W) + 2 gb ram, clock speed high, Memory Interface 128 bit same as 750.
