So I am building a computer, and I need help with the parts.

Is this a good build, and has anyone any idea what will the fps be with RX480 in CSGO? Do you have any better build ideas`?

I am looking for a monitor too, 144HZ, but its not included in the computer budget. Any suggestions?

I have windows on my old computer, so I don't need a new operating system

Few points:
For the 260$ you better get EVGA GTX 1060 SC Gaming (also will perform better in CS:GO). But basically both 480 and 1060 will do way over 150FPS on 1080p. In any case, under any circumstances don't buy reference RX 480 - it is hot, loud and complete crap.
Also, the PSU you have selected is way less than optimal. while it will work, you need a decent quality 500-550w unit.
As a side note, this MB is practically the same, just a bit less money http://pcpartpicker.com/product/my4NnQ/gigabyte-motherboard-gab150mds3h

The linked build is a good system build, other than the PSU. As you may (Or may not) know, there are 5 tiers of PSU; Standard; Bronze; Silver; Gold and Platinum (Read more here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html)

I would stay away from Standard and Bronze rated PSU's.

I recently purchased the EVGA G2 550W PSU - This is a fully modular PSU - Are you knowledgeable about this subject (If not then I would not recommend it - Personally, it is quite simple)

I have edited your build and included this power supply, and personally, it only boosts the price up by around 50 dollars. (The previous PSU didn't show up) so it is just under 900 USD. I hope this isn't too high over your budget or for what you are looking for.

I am also guessing you would prefer an RX480 (This would run basically any game on high settings 60+fps), but the GTX 1060 is really similar and it has a little performance boost and it also is more efficient power-wise (Less power hungry)

- I have also added the 1060, which reduced the price by $10-20 I believe!

I am unsure about monitors, but the 144HZ Monitors would require you to run 144FPS (I believe and at 1440p) - Which the RX480 or GTX 1060 would run with no issues (Generally) - On games this might not be the case.

You'll easily get over 100fps in CSGO. With a single r9 290 (which is similar performance to a rx480). I get around ~160fps in CSgo. It is a really easy game to run.
As with that power supply, I'm not 100% sure of the rx480's power draw but its TDP is around the 150w zone. So you should be alright with a 400w power supply If you allow 200w for the GPU (when spiking) and 100w for the CPU for breathing room.
What you really got to look out for is amperage on the 12v rail, that XFX psu is 34a on the 12v rail. Not the best PSU but will work.
So should be alright unless you plan to upgrade further down the path.

So overall a good build ;)
As for monitors, you'll definitely want 144hz if your a competitive CS go player.

No it's not! But isn't the 1070 kind of an overkill? I mean under 1000USD build, and as I mainly play CSGO and Arma I think it's too much

Thank you! I will definitely take that one as my #1 option.
