Not sure why you would want to... It's pretty damn bad and not all that cheaper than a much better system using an A10 and no dGPU
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD A10-7860k 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor ($104.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X PRO3+ ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($57.55 @ Newegg)
Memory: GeIL EVO Veloce Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($32.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $195.42
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The parts you suggested would not give any real performance increase, as basroil said.

So...
Assuming your motherboard supports it, you could get a cheap Core 2 Quad from Ebay.
That would probably give a performance increase at a much lower cost than the AMD A4.

Ill have a look at what Core 2 Quads are listed at the moment, i recently got a Q6600 for a friend for around 30 USD.

Edit - So it looks like your board doesnt support the Core 2 Quads. Ill have a look and see what else i can suggest that is cheap
