Need help on choosing motherboard

Solution
I would skip the aftermarket cooler and use the stock cooler, you don't need an aftermarket one if you aren't overclocking. Spend the money saved on an H170 board. The H110 are missing a few nice features like m.2 support and 4 memory slots, things you may want in a few years. Considering an H170 is maybe $10 more I think it is worth it. Otherwise, the build looks fine.

For an SSD I think the best value one you'll find right now is the Adata SP550 240gb for $58: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/gf98TW/a-data-internal-hard-drive-asp550ss3240gmc But for a little more money I'd probably opt for a slightly more well known company in the flash market like Crucial or Samsung, they make their own chips. Samsung comes at a strong price premium...
First off, I would switch out your DDR3 memory for cheaper and faster DDR4 memory. For a mere $11 over your current 8gb DDR3-2133 kit you can get 16gb of DDR4-2400: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/y9rcCJ/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2a2400c16

That being said, I would definitely get an H170 motherboard. You can do a H110 if you really want to go low-budget, but I think the features on H170 is worth the extra money. This Gigabyte has good features for the money, the reviews don't show any chronic problems, and I've always been satisfied with their build quality and customer service: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/wBZ2FT/gigabyte-motherboard-gah170gaming3

You can go a little cheaper, ASRock has always been my go-to in the budget range: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/8RTrxr/asrock-motherboard-h170ax1

Samsung comes at a strong price premium as they carry nice performance, but as you seem pretty budget conscious I won't suggest them. The Crucial BX200 for $63 is a nice price point: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/y8Jkcf/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct240bx200ssd1
