Please help me choose Motherboard and RAM

Well it all depends upon your budget. If its not any problem then this is what I would recommend with regards to the other hardware.
Motherboard : Asus MAXIMUSVIIIHERO OR If you can't afford that,this one should suffice : MSI B150GAMINGM3

As for the RAM, the more the better, but 8GB should definitely be enough. If you want to be safe and do not want to get another stick later down the road, then you should just get 16 GB and put the matter to rest once and for all.
Best : Kingston 16GB 2400MHz DDR3 CL11 HyperX Savage OR Budget : G.SKILL RipjawsX 8GB 2133MHz DDR3

This should be enough. Just a thought, but you would want to get a better PSU since 520W may not be enough for this setup.
