High ram usage after opening a program or playing a game

Hi guys,

I have bought yesterday a new computer with 16 ram and when I started it up it shows me there is 20 - 30 % used of the ram but when I'm playing a gaming such as Just cause 3 it goes to 89 & and when i quit it goes only down to 60 % how can I fix that it goes to 20 - 30 % again ?

And when i doing something else such as watching youtube it goes to 40 % and it is stuck at 40 %

I hope anybody has a solution of this.

Your DRAM also caches info, when playing a game it will hold a lot of backgrounds andscene data so if you return to that area it will already have it and not have read the disk or download it from the web again

You can use Obit Advanced SystemCare to clean your Ram. It work for me. Try it

I have tested it but sadly it has no effect on it.
