Advice on buying a gaming pc answer please

So, I'm new to the pc gaming world and I need advice/ suggestions on a gaming pc that will run games like ARMA 2 and ARMA 3, DayZ, BF4, Skyrim, GTA V, MMO games, and really any high demanding games, on ultra settings, and have no lag. I will have a budget of $7000 but if I can spend less that would be great too, also I would be buying a monitor, speakers, headset, mouse, and keyboard. If anyone would respond I would really appreciate it

with $7000 you can buy any computer and run it on 4K
