Heya, by the looks of things all of those fans you have including your cpu liquid cooler will most definitely keep everything cool. However your plan of where to put them I think should be different (sorry If I seem harsh). With computers, you want positive airflow, that means more fans taking air INTO the case than there are taking air OUT OF the case. I would put 4 fans at the front-bottom of the case, (around the front, preferably near the bottom) taking air INTO the case (intake fans) and the other 2 at the top-back (anywhere at the back, preferably near the top) taking air out of the case (exhaust fans). If space is an issue for this setup just split the two and put 3 fans at the front-bottom and 3 at the back-top == this should be...

Could I put the radiator at the top and have the fans push the air out or should you pull air into the radiator from outside of the case?

Hello Again! In response to your question, you could put the radiator at the top and if you do this you should make sure the air is PUSHED OUT of the case, since you liked the picture I provided I'll use another to show you.

**Remember though, try to have more cold air COMING IN than there is HOT AIR leaving, remember: POSITIVE AIRFLOW IS BEST (however the amount of fans you have in total allows you to bypass this 'rule' if you ended up having more fans taking air out of the case, your PC would still be fine, positive airflow is mainly important to smaller, more condensed PC builds however it applies to all - since it's healthier for your computer)

Thank you for replying the only problem I have is the case I am choosing (Phantek Enthoo Pro) can only have 2 fans in the front. I was thinking about putting 2 static fans pushing in air through the front, then have one on the bottom also push air in.
Then the radiator and back fan will push the hot air out. The top of the case can hold three fans so should I have the one closest to the front push air in while the back 2 push it out or are you not supposed to do something like that?

Heya, So I've had a look at your case and Im pretty sure your configuration would be fine.
- I believe your idea of having 2 fans at the front and one at the front-bottom is good (obviously), however how many fans are you going to have in total at the back? just 3 right?. What you can do is have 3 fans at the front pushing air into the case (like you said) and simply leave the other 3 at the back-top pushing air out of the case. The airflow won't be positive but it won't be negative either. I previously mentioned that you should be fine with negative airflow anyway since your PC is so large, however in this case you won't even be having negative you will be having '0' since its not positive nor negative.

So, have 3 at the front (2 on front panel, (1 on bottom - you may not be able to do this depending on how you build your pc)) pushing air IN
have 3 at the back-top pushing air OUT
you can leave the back fan exhaust clear of a fan or buy another one but I think you have plenty already
the reason you shouldn't have 3 fans at the top whereby one is pushing air in is it simply won't work, the air coming in won't actually cool much components before being removed so the airflow would be inefficient (the fan would be a waste of space)

*** If I have misunderstood anything, like the amount of fans you have, or what your idea is etc. don't hesitate to reply to this answer. I'd love to help you with your build, I do try my best (believe it or not) to help people on these forums and so I would hate for you to feel as though you can't get an answer from me etc. So please do reply to this if I have made a mistake e.g. at this stage I think you have 6 fans in total I may be wrong though. Also update me on your build since halfway through it you may decide to move fans etc. I can help you with that :D

Thank you for all of the help you have helped me a lot. I have also decided to use the Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM CPU Cooler instead of the liquid cooler so that it helps the flow of air (correct me if I am wrong). I was also wondering if instead of just having the fans at the front if putting the 2 fans on a radiator while pulling air in from outside of the case through the radiator will help decrease the overall temperature inside the case? (Yes I have 6 fans in total not including the CPU cooler)

No problem, glad to help.

Changing from a liquid cpu cooler to a normal cooler is a big decision, granted as long as you have enough other fans to keep your system cool. To be honest it will be a lot easier to install and maintain than a liquid cooler however it may be noisier (that cooler you chose though it top quality and should be silent) The fan may sort of help with airflow but not much, all it will really do is pump the hot air from the cpu out to the top of your case. So if you're going for a fan cooler, don't go by 'it increases airflow' because It won't really have a significant effect - just go with what you want for your pc, maybe even what looks/fits best (liquid coolers tend to do a better job though)

I'm going to stick by my first suggestion and say you should keep 3 fans at the front (1 at bottom) and the 3 fans at the top-back. Anything at the back or top of the case should be putting air OUT of the case not pulling it in. If it pulls air in, there will be no effect. Heat rises and so its efficient and just generally 'smarter' to have the heat rise and be pumped out. So what would be the best way (I think) is have the three fans (as we've said) at the front blowing air into the case and the other 3 blowing air out of the case at the top. I see what you're trying to do (trying to get positive airflow which is good of you!) and I 100% praise you for your plans :D however I think it just be best if you stick with 3 intake 3 exhaust, there will be no difference in cooling or noise if you did this compared to if you had positive airflow, just make sure you regularly open up your pc and just clean it with some compressed air. Not having positive airflow basically just increases the amount of DUST but your PC case and fan setup I'm sure will bypass this issue. Just every few months or so, or when you feel necessary too, give it a clean with something like this.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Star-Duster-Compressed-Flammable-400ml/dp/B000MQ7DZC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470178307&sr=8-1&keywords=compressed+air

I don't want to scare you so just let me reiterate :D, clean the PC out with that sort of can of air every 6 months or so, don't panic and do it everyday (you can if you want) not having positive or negative airflow is still ok it will simply increase the amount of dust by a *tiny tiny* amount, so just give it a 10 second spray every few months or when it gets loud and noisy

Hope I helped you some more, your fan setup with 3 at front and three at top should work nicely and at this stage everything should be fine, the cpu cooler like I said is up to you, there will not really be any difference in airflow but whatever works best for you, if you're still not sure, just reply back to me and we will discuss further...

Thanks

Thank you again for all of your help this is my first custom built PC (you probably knew that already though), I will defiantly keep you updated if I change anything. These are the parts I will most likely use for the build.
